Engine Rebuild

After the burnt piston from back in March 2002, I had the engine rebuilt. The parts had been sitting for over five years.

I needed a new block (cylinder wall was scored badly) and pistons. The crankshaft had gotten rusty, so it is new, too.

With all the issues pertaining to lack of ZDDP in most oils, I decided to go with hydraulic roller lifters.

It's still a 377 ci Cleveland. It still has 4V iron heads and the EFI I installed back in 2000.

Valve train is from Crane.

Engine dyno showed just over 470HP and 448TQ at 5500 rpm.
